SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Milo & Mila Atelier. We are committed to delivering your order safely and keeping you informed throughout the process.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
SHIPPING COST
We currently offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 6–12 business days
United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Australia: 6–12 business days
New Zealand: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs inspections, severe weather, local carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Some orders may be shipped separately because products can be fulfilled from different locations. If this happens, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify or redirect it.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Milo & Mila Atelier.
DELIVERY DELAYS
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
If your order cannot be shipped within the expected timeframe, available options may include accepting the revised delivery estimate or canceling the unshipped order for a refund, where required by applicable law.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package has not moved for an extended period, or if it is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the local carrier first.
